SATURDAY: 9:30-11:30AM

What we do is simple : we get you fit. How? The basic fundamentals of fitness. We practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, and olympic lifts. We master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

We teach you how to modify everything we do to meet your fitness level to allow you to get the best workout you will ever get, every time you walk through the door.
