KIDS KONDITIONING, AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, AND TEEN FITNESS

Our experienced staff, consisting of former professional athletes, NCAA coaches, and CrossFit Games competitors, has a deep understanding of the physical requirements necessary for peak athletic performance. Through our programs, we'll work with you to develop a personalized fitness plan that focuses on improving your balance, coordination, agility, power, and strength - all necessary attributes of a well rounded athlete.

High School
The High School athlete groups are tailored for athletes aged 14 to 18, aiming to elevate the performance of your young athlete in any field they pursue. Our objective is to empower your high school athlete, enabling them to surpass the competition with increased strength, speed, and power. Each session encompasses all components of our exceptional training program while being specifically enhanced to cater to the unique requirements of maturing athletes.

Middle School
The Middle School athlete groups are specifically created for young athletes aged 11 to 14, providing them with a competitive advantage. Our main focus is to teach these budding athletes the essential principles of strength and conditioning within a secure and supportive learning environment. Each session encompasses all aspects of our exceptional training programs, carefully adapted to suit the needs of younger athletes.

Kids Konditioning : Ages 5-7, 8-12
Looking for an enjoyable way to introduce your kids to fitness? Try our Kids Konditioning programs. By participating in games and other enjoyable activities that teach through movement, children can grasp the essential fundamentals of fitness.

Our 6-8 week courses are led by our award-winning coaches, all of whom are certified to train children of all ages. They will assist your child in laying the groundwork for strength and conditioning while also having a great time becoming more fit!
