Tuesday 6.28: Happy Birthday Stacey!

This wonderful woman, pictured here with our (enormous) little boy who she somehow carried inside her for 9+ months, has a birthday today! To say Stacey is loved in our community would be the understatement of understatements. She is the best group fitness coach you will find anywhere (I mean that seriously, I would bet any amount of $ on someone trying to find another like her and succeeding), still a world class fitness athlete, and an amazing mother to Odin and Thor. We all know the real evidence that she is truly a unicorn of an individual is she has put up with me for 10+ years and still willingly chooses to continue, and does so with a smile.

Be sure to wish Stacey a Happy Birthday when you see her, and thank her for this experience of a birthday workout.
