Sweat: 45 minutes of BootCamp style training. Bodyweight movements, core sculpting, and cardio sprinting for a non-stop fat burn that is unlike anything you have done before.

Yoga: Every Sunday we have Yoga with Julianna Lenehan, one of the best yoga teachers in all of Boston.
