Sweat: 45 minutes of BootCamp style training. Bodyweight movements, core sculpting, and cardio sprinting for a non-stop fat burn that is unlike anything you have done before.

Yoga: Luciana Reis, one of the best yoga teachers in all of Boston, teaches on Sundays. Open to members and non-members!
