Monument Fit (HIIT): The bread and butter. 60 Minutes of weightlifting, bodyweight/core conditioning, and sprinting/cardio movements, this is the best workout you will ever have each and every day.
Sweat: 45 minutes of BootCamp style training. Bodyweight movements, core sculpting, and cardio sprinting for a non-stop fat burn that is unlike anything you have done before.
Yoga: Julianna Lenehan, one of the best yoga teachers in all of Boston, guest teaches at least 1x a month. Open to members and non-members!
